A New Day's Beginning
Before beginning the day, it is helpful to take long, leisurely breaths of the cool, fresh air. Using intentional breathing exercises helps to reduce stress.
It also assists an individual's connection to a tranquil setting prior to a more demanding day and inspires aesthetic appreciation and gratitude for creation and nature.
This is the perfect time to engage in exercise that is less strenuous and doesn't require much effort. While more energetic activities can undoubtedly be advantageous, taking a leisurely walk might help one psychologically apply the value of slowing down.
