Supportive Bone Health Milkshake Recipe

Not quite Skeletor's skull care routine, but this nutritious milkshake is packed with ingredients that can assist in supporting your bone health, including calcium, vitamin D, and magnesium. Enjoy this delicious and creamy shake for an amazing snack or whenever you're ready for a powerful breakfast!



Ingredients


1 cup unsweetened almond milk or dairy milk (cow's milk) for more calcium, fortified with vitamin D


1 medium banana


1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt


1 tablespoon almond butter


1 tablespoon finely ground flaxseeds


1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)


1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

Banana

Instructions
