Black Bean Flour Tortillas
Leafy Green Lettuce
Slice Half a Small Tomato
Slice Half a Small Onion
One Can of 15.5 Ounces, Low-sodium Black Beans
Cilantro, Cumin, or Seasonings of Choice
A Few Dollops of Sour Cream
Sprinkles of Shredded Queso Cheese
Fajita Flour Tortillas
Instructions
Cook the black beans on medium heat, remove them from the stovetop, place them in a bowl, and mash the beans with a potato masher or another utensil to create the texture of refried beans. Add your favorite seasonings to the black beans and stir, and lastly place all ingredients and toppings on the flour tortillas. Black beans can be replaced with low-sodium pinto beans.
